FEBC provide a full and comprehensive Project Management service. We believe that the most effective Project Management starts at the earliest stage of a project.

FEBC understand the need to provide flexibility in our service to suit the Client's specific requirements and business needs. To do this, we believe it is essential that our staff are from a variety of backgrounds and experience, drawn from different sectors of the construction industry.

FEBC provide a strong leadership role for the project and its team covering the following Project Management services:

identification, development & communication of project brief
identify, assess & procure professional team
set up and implement organisation structure, communications, reporting & procedures
assess timescales through planning and programming procedures
implement cost management control system
advise on contract & procurement strategy
monitor and co-ordinate design development

FEBC offer independent and professional advise and are able to maximise the project delivery for the Client's benefit.
