FEBC provide a full and comprehensive Cost Management and Quantity Surveying service, using our skills and expertise to provide high levels of Client service.

Cost control is an ongoing process. We believe the most effective route to cost control is to ensure that the whole professional team sign up to the approved budget early on in the project and take responsibility for the cost throughout the life of the scheme.

FEBC are registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and offer the following Cost Management services:
