FEBC
acted as Project Manager and Construction Manager on the refurbishment
of St. James Court Hotel.
This included the Quilon indian
restaurant.
Throughout
the substantial refurbishment and upgrading the hotel stayed open, this
necessitated delicate programming and phasing of the works.
The
design team with ourselves were all based on site. The project consisted
of the refurbishment to the following areas:

apartments, health club, 2 restaurants, main lobby and reception,
business centre incl. Conference rooms, bar, main banqueting,
guestrooms, public toilets and back of house offices.
