FEBC
Limited performed the project management services on the re-imaging of
approximately 450 petrol stations throughout the United Kingdom. The
roll out programme was quite aggressive with on average between 6 to 8
stations commencing re-imaging each week, depending upon the size and
extent of the works. Therefore the overlap of sites starting, sites
under re-imaging and sites completed had to be carefully co-ordinated
and managed.
FEBC
compiled the roll out programme that had to be agreed and co-ordinated
with the metalwork manufacturer based in France, the signage supplier
and small works contractor both based in the UK.
FEBC
were responsible for visiting all the sites to supervise elements of the
work and to inspect the completed works after the contractor had handed
the site over as complete. FEBC drew up defects lists for each of the
stations and established defects rectification timetable and final
inspection and approval.

also approved the payments for the works undertaken and materials
supplied by the minor works contractor, metalwork manufacturer and
signage supplier.
