FEBC
provided Project, Cost & Construction Management services to the Design
& Build Contractor on this 20,000 sq ft office fit-out. This Jordanian
contractor was carrying out its first contract in the UK and FEBC
supplied the staff & UK knowledge to successfully complete the project
on time & budget.
The
future tenant was the Metropolitan Police and through close liaison the
contractor was able to tailor the final scheme to the tenants
requirements.
FEBC
also provided the services of the Planning Supervisor.
