FEBC acted as Owner's Representative, Site Supervisor and Cost Consultants on this project.

The project consisted of six chalets (each of approximately five bedrooms) plus rooms for chalet girls, living rooms & laundry rooms. There was also a function room / bar & owner's apartment.

There was also provided a leisure facility including saunas, hamman and an outdoor heated swimming pool.

The programme had to incorporate the shutdown during the winter months. The chalets were successfully completed in time for the start of the following ski season.
