JJFrance Hotels - owners of 3 distinct
hotel chains, Amarante Hotels (4 stars), Median Hotels (3 stars) &
Stars Hotels (2 stars).
The short assignment duty consisted
in the pre-construction management of 17 Hotels throughout the whole
of France.
Each hotel was in need of different
levels of refurbishment going from cosmetic refit to rooms or
bathrooms, to complete redesign of rooms & public areas, and
A/C installation (in Paris & the South of France).
Pre-Construction services included:-
Design Supervision.
Design Procurement.
Managing Tendering Process.
Cost Control and Cost planning.
Overall Project Management.
The Hotel Beau-Manoir was also covered
under project management / construction supervision contract;
including:-
FF&E procurement
Post-Contract cost management &
Controlling
Construction Supervision.
Value of projects varied from €100,000
to €2.4 million.
FEBC's assignment was for six months.
