acted as Project and Cost Manager for the external refurbishment of this
grade 2 listed building in Mayfair.
The
hotel was originally 15 Georgian townhouses and the refurbishment had to
be sympathetic to the period façade.
The
project was very challenging in that the hotel remained trading
throughout the refurbishment.
