FEBC provided
Project and Construction Management services, as well as acting as
Planning Supervisor on this complicated multi restaurant complex in
Mayfair.
FEBC
tendered and awarded 15 specialist contracts, including substantial
structural alterations to create four levels from the existing ground
and basement levels.
The
complex included a fine dining restaurant (The Rascasse), a
gentleman’s club (Rosies Bar), private dining facilities and a
bar/brasserie (Pit Brasserie).
The development is part of the same group that owns La
Rascasse restaurant which is located within the Monaco Grand Prix circuit.
